What is Bauphysik?

Building physics is the application of physics to structures and buildings. It examines the fundamental physics of structural engineering and, in this context, the permeability of heat, sound, moisture and air - and appropriate protective measures. Fire protection is also included in the building physics, as an intrinsic part of acoustic and thermal separation.
